Residential Park Plovdiv Квартал "Residential Park"

The Residential Park neighbourhood is a project initiated by an individual businessman and carried out by RT Consult, an architecture company which turned an abandoned area in Plovdiv’s centre into the country’s first car-free neighbourhood. It is being constructed to consist of 58 apartment buildings and numerous establishments for entertainment, leisure and commercial purposes. It will also include a park with diverse plant life. The objective is to establish a safe, innovative and environmentally friendly space where all vehicles will be parked and – if necessary, charged – in an underground area, which will be connected to the neighbourhood via elevators and escalators.
