The project aims to increase access to renewable energy sources in two cantons in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to thus contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and combating the effects of climate change. The objective of the case is to apply energy efficiency measures and renewable energy sources in ten public buildings. Moreover, it seeks to educate the public on energy efficiency and to alleviate energy poverty by conducting audits in households and offering advice and energy-efficient equipment such as LED bulbs. It is hoped that these actions will reduce both households’ energy bills and the production of GHG emissions.
